Private Lesson Cancellation Policies
Refunds and credits for private lessons:
There are no refunds or credits on lesson packs or recurring lessons except in the case of a teacher cancellation.
A la carte and package purchases:
Lesson must be canceled 24 hours in advance otherwise the lesson will be marked as received. Packages expire 1 year from purchase date. Unused lessons are non-refundable.
Recurring lessons:
All missed lessons must be made up within 2 weeks or the lesson will be forfeited. Makeup lessons are always in addition to the regularly scheduled lesson. Makeup lessons cannot be "stacked" and used in place of the regular lesson. One month notice required to cancel autopay.
Makeup lessons:
Any scheduled makeup lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or an alternative makeup with not be offered. No shows for any scheduled makeup lessons forfeit the lesson.
Group lessons:
Session must be canceled 24 hours in advance otherwise the session will be marked as received by all. If one or more members of the group do not attend the lesson, but the session is still held, those members forfeit the lesson.
Online Membership Policies
Autopay cancellation:
Cancel any time. Payments that have already processed will not be refunded or credited, but you will continue to receive the full benefits of the program until the next billing cycle.
Video Feedback:
Videos that are not submitted before the end of the billing period will not receive feedback. Missed submissions cannot be rolled over into the next month.
